Maleic Anhydride Grafted Polyethylene PE
1. Product Introduction
Maleic anhydride grafted Polyethylene is prepared by reactive extrusion method using polyethylene (LLDPE, m-LLDPE, HDPE, ete.) as the substrate and maleic anhydride as the monomer. The product has the characteristicsof high grafting rate, good processing performance, and low impurity content, and is applied in low smokehalogen-free flame-retardant cable materials, wood plastic composites, modified engineering plastics, and othermodified polyolefin materials. As a compatibilizer, it endows materials with excellent compatibility and greatlyimproves the comprehensive performance of composite materials. As a toughening agent, it can enhance thetoughness of the material to a certain extent.
2. Product Performance

3. Instructions
1) Add quantity
This product is used as an additive, and the addition ratio is determined according to its purpose. The
recommended amount to be added is as follows:
1 E100/E120/E200 is used as a compatibilizer in low smoke halogen-free flame-retardant cablematerials, with a recommended addition amount of 5%;2E200 is used as a compatibilizer in wood plastic extruded boards, with a recommended additionamount of 2%;
3E100/E120/E200 is used as a compatibilizer for polyethylene/polar material blending modification,with a recommended addition amount of 2-15%;4 E100/E120/E200 is used as a toughening agent for modified materials, and it is recommended to addthe amount according to the toughness requirements.
2) Processing temperature
E100/E120/E200 recommends a processing temperature of<280 °C.
4. Packaging and Storage
The product has a granular appearance and is packaged in paper plastic composite bags, with each bag weighing25 kg.
During transportation and storage, avoid moisture, high temperatures, direct sunlight, and pollution, and keepaway from sources of fire.
Use the product as soon as possible after opening the bag, within 12 months from the date of production. Ifabnormal color or odor is found after long-term storage, please stop using.
