Two-Stage Twin/Single Screw Extruder
1. Description
☀ Applicable to the pelletizing and extruding of PVC various of cable compounds /transparent compounds, cross-link
compounds of PE and PE shield cable compounds
With Parallel twin screw extruder barrel, the designation and manufacturing is as per building block type principle.
According to the requirements of the processing material system and process formula, the length-diameter ratio, barrel
structure, screw arrangement, mesh changing structure, exhaust quantity & location, feeding mode, granulating mode,
electrical control mode are optimized and have reasonable configuration to realize multi-function, multi-purpose to
adapt to the processing of polymer materials.
☀ The formula system configuration: automatic weighing system for granule, automatic weighing and forced feeding
system for powder, automatic dosing system for liquid
☀ It adopts MMI+PLC control system, automatic batching. The process parameters can be modified, stored and called,
the operation is simple and convenient
☀ Variety of cutting methods is optional, such as: water ring cutting, eccentric water mist cutting, etc.
☀ It can be equipped with a variety of packaging systems, such as bin collecting, ton bag collecting, automatic weighing
& bagging, automatic weighing manual bagging and so on.

4. Application Demonstration
☀ Twin-screw granulation and extrusion production line is used for filling modification, glass fiber (carbon fiber) reinforced
various color master batch, rubber & plastic compounding, plastic alloy, functional master batch, reactivity extrusion,
devolatilizing treatment, and powder coating, etc.
☀ Single screw granulating extrusion line can be used for plastics modification.
