Bow Type Laying Up Machine
1. Description
☀ Adopt 100% back-twist mode and suitable for stranding 2-6 cores ABC overhead cable, control cable or power cable;
☀ The main motor, traction capstan (or caterpillar) and take-up device are independently driven by AC induction servo motor;
Pitch automatic adjusted;
☀ The whole machine adopts HMI+PLC control;
☀ Equipped with manual adjustment tape tension system regulation and electromagnetic tensioner, automatically control
and ensure the tension always constant from full to empty bobbin.
☀ Optional: max 24 filling devices.

5. Application Demonstration
☀ Bobbin loading by crane from side or front & back.
☀One or more semi-tangential taping machines can be added to the production line (double pad non-metallic tape or
copper tape), realizing the synchronization of laying up and taping.
☀ Adopt dual wheels pulling capstan for medium size cable or hail off caterpillar for larger size power cable.
☀ The size of take-up&pay-off can be matched according to customer requirements.
☀ Stranded conductors, copper wire diameter: ≥∅1.5 mm, aluminum wire diameter: ≥∅1.7 mm.
